Exact-model review
Crystal mat therapy specification review before factory inquiry
Use one dated ledger to align the requested mat, the proposed construction, the supplier's evidence and the buyer's approval. Product-family language does not establish a therapeutic result, and this review is not medical, electrical, regulatory or legal advice.

Pre-quote checklist
Define four layers of the purchase before comparing offers
Define the intended product
Name the mat configuration, intended business channel or facility use and any acceptable alternatives. State whether the request is for a full-length mat, smaller pad or another size class, and whether folding, storage or carrying requirements matter. Do not turn the intended use into a medical diagnosis, therapeutic or preventive statement, or an assured outcome.
Specify construction and controls
List requested finished length, width and thickness; cover, padding and internal layers; crystal or insert type, distribution and retention method; heating-zone arrangement; sensor, timer and controller questions; rated voltage, frequency, power and plug; included cable, controller and carry accessories. Mark each unknown as supplier to confirm.
Quantify order and delivery scope
Split quantities by configuration and identify pieces or sets. Add sample quantity, individual pack and master-carton requirements, the US destination, requested timing, currency and delivery basis. An optional target budget must state amount or range and whether it applies per unit or to the complete order.
Document approval questions
List the manual, label or rating plate, material declaration, electrical file, test report, packaging proof and sample acceptance note needed for review. Ask the supplier to identify the exact model, manufacturer and revision covered by each file, and name the buyer or qualified reviewer responsible for approval.
Decision record
Move every field through a visible evidence path
Record buyer inputs
Freeze a requirement revision with the intended configuration, quantities, destination, schedule and approval priorities. The record should distinguish mandatory attributes, preferences and undecided items. A supplier alternative is evaluated against this baseline, not silently substituted into it.
Check references cautiously
Use public product-family material only to identify possible attributes and units. Record its source and scope. Do not adopt another company's crystal layout, temperature, electrical rating, document, certification, result or delivery statement as a fact about the product being sourced.
Request exact-model confirmation
Ask each candidate to return the same ledger with measurable values, model or configuration identity, documents, quantity basis, package contents, sample scope, commercial assumptions and exclusions. For control range or electrical statements, require the conditions and document tied to the proposed unit.
Approve or keep open
Compare only aligned responses. Record sample observations for appearance, dimensions, layer placement, controls, accessories and packaging under the agreed method. Missing evidence stays unresolved. The buyer, supported by qualified advisors where needed, approves the supplier and final purchase scope.
Sample verification protocol
Environment: document supply context, ambient conditions and the sample identifier. Method: inspect finished dimensions, layer description, insert placement, controller functions, rating plate, accessories and packaging against the approved ledger. Data: record observed values, photographs and pass/open notes without inferring health outcomes. Reproduction: retain the same checklist, conditions and product revision so another reviewer can repeat the inspection. Supplier-stated operating values still require appropriate independent assessment when material to the purchase.
Submit a specification that factories can answer line by line
Include mat dimensions, construction, insert layout, controls, voltage and power, accessories, quantity, US destination, packaging and exact-model document questions.
