Information you submit

The inquiry form may collect your first and last name, work email, company, optional phone number and purchasing requirements. Requirements may contain product option, dimensions, construction, crystal or insert layout, controls, electrical destination, quantity, packaging, timing, US destination, document questions, optional budget and supplier preference. Do not submit health records, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

How the information is used

We use the information to review the brief, request clarification, identify and contact possible suppliers, organize responses, coordinate samples or documents when authorized, and communicate about the sourcing request. Supplier preference is treated as a buyer instruction, not a verified rating. We do not convert inquiry text into a medical recommendation.

Sharing for sourcing

Relevant portions of a purchasing brief may be shared with candidate suppliers or service providers involved in the requested comparison. Contact details are shared only as reasonably needed for coordination. A candidate's receipt of information does not mean that it is approved, audited or selected. Buyers should avoid including confidential design or business information until an appropriate disclosure arrangement is in place.

Browser storage used by this site

The sourcing-benefit interface uses local storage to retain the first time the notice was shown for no more than a seven-day display window. That first timestamp is not reset by opening, closing, refreshing or starting a new session. Session storage remembers when the ticker is closed for the current browser session. If storage is unavailable, the benefit interface fails closed and remains hidden. Clearing browser site data removes browser-held values.

Form processing and logs

When submitted, optional product, budget and preference selections are appended to the requirement in the outgoing form data. The visible textarea is not overwritten. Technical systems may also process ordinary request metadata and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. This local build does not establish a production retention period or prove delivery to a live recipient.

Retention and security

Inquiry information should be retained only for the sourcing task, legal obligations, dispute handling and reasonable business records. No website or transmission method is risk-free. Access, deletion, correction or retention requests depend on the production operator and applicable law; this template does not invent a contact address that has not been provided.

You may omit optional phone, budget and preference information. You can include those details directly in the requirements field when JavaScript is disabled.
